### sch.66-sec.20 Additional requirement for installation of measure requiring particular licence This section applies in relation to the installation of an energy upgrade measure requiring— an electrical work licence under the Electrical Safety Act 2002 ; or a licence under the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018 ; or a licence under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 . The registered provider must ensure the energy upgrade measure is installed by a holder of the licence under the relevant Act mentioned in subsection (1) . (sch.66-sec.20-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to the installation of an energy upgrade measure requiring— an electrical work licence under the Electrical Safety Act 2002 ; or a licence under the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018 ; or a licence under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 . (sch.66-sec.20-ssec.2) The registered provider must ensure the energy upgrade measure is installed by a holder of the licence under the relevant Act mentioned in subsection (1) . - (a) an electrical work licence under the Electrical Safety Act 2002 ; or - (b) a licence under the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018 ; or - (c) a licence under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 .
