### sch.65-sec.9 Conditional approval applications A conditional approval application in relation to an eligible residence must— be made using the form approved by the authority; and be given to the authority before the applicant makes a final approval application for the residence under section 12 ; and be accompanied by the documents stated on the form. The authority may ask the applicant for further information or documents to decide the application.
