### sch.65-sec.13 Deciding final approval applications
The authority must consider, and approve or refuse to approve, each final approval application that complies with section 12 .
The authority must decide applications in the order they are received by the authority.
The authority must refuse an application for assistance if the authority’s assistance funds for the scheme are not sufficient to pay for the assistance.
If the authority refuses the application, the authority must give the applicant written notice of the decision.
