### sch.59-sec.23 Requirements for applications An application for assistance under the scheme must— be made on the approved form; and be accompanied by the documents stated on the application form; and be given to the authority while the scheme is open under section 22 . If the authority asks the applicant to provide further information to support the application, the applicant must provide the information.
