### sch.58-sec.28 Nature of assistance The nature of the assistance that may be given to an applicant under this part of the scheme is a payment of an amount worked out based on— the applicant’s fishing history in east coast fisheries for hammerhead sharks; and the projected price of hammerhead sharks in the financial years starting on 1 July 2024, 1 July 2025 and 1 July 2026. - (a) the applicant’s fishing history in east coast fisheries for hammerhead sharks; and - (b) the projected price of hammerhead sharks in the financial years starting on 1 July 2024, 1 July 2025 and 1 July 2026.
