### sch.58-sec.13 Conditions of assistance
The payment of assistance to an applicant under this part of the scheme is subject to the following conditions—
the applicant must give consent for the chief executive to give the authority a copy of the applicant’s fishing data to the extent the fishing data is relevant to the application;
the applicant must give consent to the authority to give notice to the chief executive of the assistance given to the applicant under this part of the scheme.
