### sch.58-sec.11 Amount of assistance The amount of assistance that may be given to an applicant who is eligible for assistance under this part of the scheme is— for an applicant who surrenders a primary commercial fishing licence—$20,000; or for an applicant who surrenders the fishery symbol ‘N3’—$100,000. - (a) for an applicant who surrenders a primary commercial fishing licence—$20,000; or - (b) for an applicant who surrenders the fishery symbol ‘N3’—$100,000.
