### sch.57-sec.9 Eligibility criteria An applicant is eligible for assistance under this division of the scheme if— the applicant holds a primary commercial fishing licence; and the primary commercial fishing licence has 1 or more retired fishery symbols written on it; and the applicant has not received assistance in relation to the same fishery symbol under division 3 . For an application made after 31 December 2023, see section 5 . sch 57 s 9 ins 2023 SL No. 194 s 45 - (a) the applicant holds a primary commercial fishing licence; and - (b) the primary commercial fishing licence has 1 or more retired fishery symbols written on it; and - (c) the applicant has not received assistance in relation to the same fishery symbol under division 3 .
