### sch.57-sec.5 Meaning of holder of retired authority This section applies if, immediately before 1 January 2024, the applicant held 1 or more of the following (each a retired authority )— a primary commercial fishing licence on which a retired fishery symbol was written; a barramundi unit; a grey mackerel unit; a king threadfin unit.
