### sch.57-sec.12 Amount of assistance The amount of assistance that may be given to an applicant under this division of the scheme is— for an applicant who holds a primary commercial fishing licence on which the fishery symbol ‘K1’, ‘K2’, ‘K3’, ‘K4’, ‘K5’, ‘K6’, ‘K7, ‘K8’ is written—$28,000 for each type of fishery symbol mentioned in this paragraph that is written on the licence; or for an applicant who holds a primary commercial fishing licence on which the fishery symbol ‘N10’ is written—$28,000. sch 57 s 12 ins 2023 SL No. 194 s 45 - (a) for an applicant who holds a primary commercial fishing licence on which the fishery symbol ‘K1’, ‘K2’, ‘K3’, ‘K4’, ‘K5’, ‘K6’, ‘K7, ‘K8’ is written—$28,000 for each type of fishery symbol mentioned in this paragraph that is written on the licence; or - (b) for an applicant who holds a primary commercial fishing licence on which the fishery symbol ‘N10’ is written—$28,000.
