### sch.56-sec.2 Purpose of assistance The purpose of assistance under the scheme is to wholly or partly reimburse owners of eligible businesses carried on at approved premises for— discount shortfalls and compliance costs for the businesses; and for owners of eligible businesses who are entitled to receive establishment assistance—establishment activities for the businesses. sch 56 s 2 ins 2023 SL No. 183 s 3 - (a) discount shortfalls and compliance costs for the businesses; and - (b) for owners of eligible businesses who are entitled to receive establishment assistance—establishment activities for the businesses.
