### sch.56-sec.19 If discount assistance funds for financial year become insufficient This section applies if— a financial agreement for discount assistance, between the authority and an approved applicant for the assistance, is in effect; and the authority becomes aware that, on a particular day in the current financial year, the authority’s discount assistance funds for the year will be insufficient to pay discount assistance to the applicant.
