### sch.52-sec.9 Condition of assistance Payment of assistance to an applicant under the scheme is subject to the condition stated in subsection (2) . The applicant must give the authority a receipt for the cost of each eligible activity to which the application relates that includes the following— the name and address of the entity that issued the receipt; and if the entity has an Australian Business Number—the Australian Business Number; and the date the cost was incurred; and a description of each energy-efficient appliance or item of energy-efficient equipment to which the cost relates; and if any of the cost relates to installing an energy-efficient appliance or energy-efficient equipment— the date and location of the installation; and if the appliance or equipment was installed in, or to replace, another appliance or other equipment—a description of the other appliance or equipment; and if the installation involved work mentioned in section 4 (3) (a) —the name and licence number of the holder of the relevant licence who carried out the work. sch 52 s 9 ins 2023 SL No. 101 s 3 (sch.52-sec.9-ssec.1) Payment of assistance to an applicant under the scheme is subject to the condition stated in subsection (2) .
