### sch.50-sec.8 Conditions for assistance—keeping records for audit Payment of assistance to an applicant under the scheme is subject to the following conditions— the applicant must keep the evidence mentioned in section 7 (1) for 1 year after the closing day for applications under the scheme; the applicant must enable the authority to conduct an audit of the evidence mentioned in paragraph (a) to verify amounts given to the applicant under the scheme are used in accordance with the application for assistance. sch 50 s 8 ins 2023 SL No. 78 s 3 - (a) the applicant must keep the evidence mentioned in section 7 (1) for 1 year after the closing day for applications under the scheme; - (b) the applicant must enable the authority to conduct an audit of the evidence mentioned in paragraph (a) to verify amounts given to the applicant under the scheme are used in accordance with the application for assistance.
