### sch.5-sec.10 Condition The payment of assistance under the scheme is subject to the condition stated in this section. If an applicant’s application for assistance is not accompanied by a resilience plan for the primary production enterprise the subject of the application, the applicant must, if requested by the authority, give a resilience plan for the primary production enterprise to the authority. sch 5 s 10 sub 2022 SL No. 15 s 5 (sch.5-sec.10-ssec.1) The payment of assistance under the scheme is subject to the condition stated in this section.
