### sch.48-sec.16 Conditions of assistance This section applies if the authority grants an application for assistance under the scheme. The payment of the grant is subject to the following conditions— that the applicant signs a letter of offer of financial assistance (the letter of offer ) that sets out the terms on which the applicant accepts the assistance; that the applicant comply with the terms of the letter of offer. The authority may withhold all or part of the assistance if the applicant does not comply with the terms of the letter of offer. The authority may require the return of all or part of the assistance if the applicant fails to comply with the terms of the letter of offer.
