### sch.44-sec.8 Requirement for applications An application for a grant of financial assistance under the scheme must— be made in the approved form; and be accompanied by the documents stated in the approved form; and be given to the authority no later than the closing date for applications decided by the authority. If the authority asks the applicant to provide further information to decide the application, the applicant must provide the information to the authority. The closing date decided by the authority under subsection (1) (c) must be published on the public works department’s website.
