### sch.38-sec.21 Deciding applications
The authority must consider, and decide to approve or refuse to approve, each application for assistance under the scheme that complies with section 20 (1) to (4) .
The authority must consider applications for assistance under parts 2 and 3 separately and in the order they are received by the authority.
The authority must refuse an application for assistance if the authority’s assistance funds for the scheme are not enough to pay for the assistance.
