### sch.33-sec.9 Nature of applications An application must be made— in relation to a prescribed licence, or prescribed licences, held by the applicant; and for either or both of the following in connection with the licence or licences— the purchase rebate; the installation rebate. Requirements for applications are stated in section 23 .
