### sch.32-sec.12 Deciding applications The authority must decide to approve, or refuse to approve, each application for assistance under the scheme that complies with section 11 (3) . The authority must refuse to approve the application for assistance if the authority’s assistance funds for a round of the scheme are not sufficient to pay for the assistance.
