### sch.31-sec.6 Terms of repayment
The term of a loan under the scheme is the term agreed between the authority and the applicant, based on the applicant’s income patterns.
However, the maximum term of a loan under the scheme is 20 years.
The authority may give the applicant an interest only period of not more than 5 years.
