### sch.28-sec.5 What is an eligible motor vehicle An eligible motor vehicle , for a booking entity authorisation, is a motor vehicle that— is available to be used to provide booked hire services under the booking entity authorisation; and is 1 of the following types— an exempted taxi; a taxi, other than an exempted taxi, that displays the livery of the authorised booking entity that holds the booking entity authorisation; a limousine.
