### sch.27-sec.2 Purpose of assistance The purpose of assistance under the scheme is to provide grants to owners of eligible businesses to— help with meeting expenses associated with carrying out eligible activities; or reimburse the owners, in whole or in part, for expenses incurred in carrying out eligible activities.
