### sch.23-sec.6B Amending assistance establishment notice to change closing day
The Minister may, on or before the stated closing day, amend the assistance establishment notice to change the stated closing day to a later day.
This section does not limit the Minister’s power, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 24AA , to amend other matters stated in the assistance establishment notice.
