### sch.23-sec.2 Purpose of assistance The purpose of the assistance under the scheme is to help an eligible entity pay for costs of clean up and reinstatement of the eligible entity’s primary production enterprise, small business or means for conducting its operations as a non-profit organisation that has suffered direct damage caused by an eligible disaster.
