### sch.23-sec.14 Additional restrictions on eligibility—non-profit organisation A non-profit organisation is not eligible for assistance under the scheme for an item for which a claim is made in the application if the non-profit organisation has received or been approved to receive financial assistance, other than partial assistance, under another scheme, whether or not of the Commonwealth government or another government. In this section— partial assistance , in relation to another scheme, means assistance under that scheme to fund part of the cost of the item for which a claim is made in the application. sch 23 s 14 ins 2013 SL No. 19 s 10 (sch.23-sec.14-ssec.1) A non-profit organisation is not eligible for assistance under the scheme for an item for which a claim is made in the application if the non-profit organisation has received or been approved to receive financial assistance, other than partial assistance, under another scheme, whether or not of the Commonwealth government or another government.
