### sch.15-sec.13 Applications An application for assistance under the scheme must be— given to the authority either— on or before 30 June 2025; or during the period starting on 14 November 2025 and ending on 30 June 2026; and made in the approved form; and accompanied by any other documents stated in the approved form.
