### sch.11-sec.5 Meaning of approved residential tenancy agreement An approved residential tenancy agreement is a written residential tenancy agreement providing for— a residential tenancy for premises for a fixed term of at least 1 year; and rent of no more than an amount equivalent to— $350 per week; or if an eligible rent-cap notice is prepared—a higher amount per week stated in the notice; and an increase in the rent to take effect if, after the agreement is entered into, an eligible solar PV system is installed at the premises.
