### sch.11-sec.5 Meaning of approved residential tenancy agreement
An approved residential tenancy agreement is a written residential tenancy agreement providing for—
a residential tenancy for premises for a fixed term of at least 1 year; and
rent of no more than an amount equivalent to—
$350 per week; or
if an eligible rent-cap notice is prepared—a higher amount per week stated in the notice; and
an increase in the rent to take effect if, after the agreement is entered into, an eligible solar PV system is installed at the premises.
In this section—
eligible rent-cap notice means a written notice—
prepared by the electricity chief executive; and
stating the highest amount of rent payable for an approved residential tenancy agreement; and
published on the electricity department’s website.
