### sec.26 Application of certain Acts The authority is— a unit of public administration under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 ; and a prescribed entity for the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 25 , definition prescribed entity , paragraph (c) . s 26 amd 2001 No. 69 s 378 sch 1 ; 2008 No. 38 s 252 sch 3 ; 2014 No. 21 s 94 (2) sch 2 ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 - (a) a unit of public administration under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 ; and - (b) a prescribed entity for the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 25 , definition prescribed entity , paragraph (c) .
