### sec.24 Administration budget
For each financial year, the authority must develop, adopt and submit to the Minister an administration budget not later than the day the Minister directs.
An administration budget has no effect until approved by the Minister.
During a financial year the authority may develop, adopt and submit to the Minister amendments to its administration budget.
An amendment has no effect until approved by the Minister.
(sec.24-ssec.1) For each financial year, the authority must develop, adopt and submit to the Minister an administration budget not later than the day the Minister directs.
