### sec.13D Authority must conduct rural debt survey
The authority must ensure a survey of rural indebtedness in Queensland (a rural debt survey ) is—
conducted for the period starting on 1 January 2012 and ending on 31 December 2017; and
completed by 30 June 2018.
Also, the authority must ensure a rural debt survey is conducted for each period of 2 years starting on 1 January 2018.
A rural debt survey conducted under subsection (2) must be completed within 6 months after the end of the 2-year period.
Subsections (2) and (3) do not apply for a period mentioned in subsection (2) if a comparable national debt survey has been conducted in the period.

(sec.13D-ssec.1) The authority must ensure a survey of rural indebtedness in Queensland (a rural debt survey ) is— conducted for the period starting on 1 January 2012 and ending on 31 December 2017; and completed by 30 June 2018.
(sec.13D-ssec.2) Also, the authority must ensure a rural debt survey is conducted for each period of 2 years starting on 1 January 2018.
(sec.13D-ssec.3) A rural debt survey conducted under subsection (2) must be completed within 6 months after the end of the 2-year period.
(sec.13D-ssec.4) Subsections (2) and (3) do not apply for a period mentioned in subsection (2) if a comparable national debt survey has been conducted in the period.
