### sec.13B How to apply for internal review An application for internal review of a decision must be— made in the approved form; and supported by enough information to enable the chief executive officer to decide the application; and made within 20 business days after the person receives notice of the decision. However, the chief executive officer may extend the time for applying for an internal review.
