### sec.5A Excluded matter for Corporations legislation
The Association is declared to be an excluded matter for the Corporations Act , section 5F , in relation to the following provisions of the Corporations Act —
parts 2D .1 and 2D.6;
chapters 2K and 2L;
parts 5.7 , 5 .7B, 5.9 and 5B.2.
