### sec.17B Auditors
A person must not—
consent to be appointed as auditor of the Association; or
act as auditor of the Association; or
prepare a report required to be prepared under section 17A ;
if—
the person is not a registered company auditor; or
the person is—
an employee of the Association; or
a member of the Council; or
a partner, employer or employee of a member of the Council.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.

- (a) consent to be appointed as auditor of the Association; or
- (b) act as auditor of the Association; or
- (c) prepare a report required to be prepared under section 17A ;
- (d) the person is not a registered company auditor; or
- (e) the person is— (i) an employee of the Association; or (ii) a member of the Council; or (iii) a partner, employer or employee of a member of the Council.
