### sec.12 Use of land
The land from time to time vested in the Association shall be held by the Association on behalf of its members, and, at the direction of the Council, used by it in accordance with the objects and rules of the Association—
for carrying out the objects and purposes of the Association; and
for any business, religious, educational, charitable, recreational, sporting or other purpose that in the opinion of the Council is not detrimental to the public interest or the interests of the Association and that is not inconsistent with the use thereof permitted by paragraph (a) .
