### sec.14 Application of part
This part applies to—
an incorporated association under the AI Act consisting of a church entity (an AI Act corporation ); or
a corporation, established by letters patent, under the RECI Act consisting of a church entity (an RECI Act corporation ).
- (a) an incorporated association under the AI Act consisting of a church entity (an AI Act corporation ); or
- (b) a corporation, established by letters patent, under the RECI Act consisting of a church entity (an RECI Act corporation ).
