### sec.11B Transfer of rights and liabilities
On the establishment of a church entity as a corporation under this part—
the rights and liabilities of the entity become the rights and liabilities of the corporation; and
a legal proceeding by or against the entity that has not been finished before the establishment may be continued and finished by or against the corporation.
