### sec.10 Certificate of incorporation
If the chief executive receives a request under section 9 (Request to incorporate church entity) and is satisfied that the section has been complied with, the chief executive must issue a certificate of incorporation for the church entity.
The church entity becomes a corporation established under this part on the issue of the certificate.
The corporation has the name specified in the certificate.
The chief executive must give the certificate to the Corporation of the Bishops.
(sec.10-ssec.1) If the chief executive receives a request under section 9 (Request to incorporate church entity) and is satisfied that the section has been complied with, the chief executive must issue a certificate of incorporation for the church entity.
(sec.10-ssec.2) The church entity becomes a corporation established under this part on the issue of the certificate.
(sec.10-ssec.3) The corporation has the name specified in the certificate.
(sec.10-ssec.4) The chief executive must give the certificate to the Corporation of the Bishops.
