### sec.81 Decisions that may not be reviewed
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the following decisions in relation to an access or amendment application are not reviewable decisions for internal review—
a decision on an internal review application;
a decision by an agency’s principal officer personally;
a decision by a Minister personally;
a decision by a healthcare professional appointed under section 30 or 31 ;
a decision about the amount of a charge stated in a charges estimate notice.
