### sec.78Q Considered decision on amendment application If a person makes an amendment application for a document to an agency or Minister, the agency or Minister must— after considering the application, make a decision (a considered decision ) whether amendment of the document is to be permitted or refused; and give the person written notice of the decision under section 78T . s 78Q ins 2023 No. 32 s 105 - (a) after considering the application, make a decision (a considered decision ) whether amendment of the document is to be permitted or refused; and - (b) give the person written notice of the decision under section 78T .
