### sec.78G Amendment application may not be made to OIC etc.
An amendment application may not be made or transferred to the OIC, the information commissioner, the RTI commissioner or the privacy commissioner.
Subsection (1) does not apply to an amendment application made to the OIC by a person who is or was a staff member of the OIC.

(sec.78G-ssec.1) An amendment application may not be made or transferred to the OIC, the information commissioner, the RTI commissioner or the privacy commissioner.
