### sec.71 Precautions for children
This section applies if—
an access application states that it is made for a child by the child’s parent; and
the application is for documents containing the child’s personal information.
The agency or Minister must ensure, by the adoption of appropriate procedures, that any information intended for the child is received only by the parent.

(sec.71-ssec.1) This section applies if— an access application states that it is made for a child by the child’s parent; and the application is for documents containing the child’s personal information.
