### sec.64 Uneconomical to charge
A processing charge, or access charge, for an access application may be waived if the agency or Minister considers the likely associated costs to the agency or Minister would be more than the likely amount of the charge.
In this section—
associated costs mean the costs of—
estimating and otherwise complying with this Act in relation to the charge; and
receiving payment of the charge.
(sec.64-ssec.1) A processing charge, or access charge, for an access application may be waived if the agency or Minister considers the likely associated costs to the agency or Minister would be more than the likely amount of the charge.
(sec.64-ssec.2) In this section— associated costs mean the costs of— estimating and otherwise complying with this Act in relation to the charge; and receiving payment of the charge.
- (a) estimating and otherwise complying with this Act in relation to the charge; and
- (b) receiving payment of the charge.
