### sec.60 Requirement to pay charges
Before an applicant for an access application for a document is given access to the document, the applicant must pay the applicable processing charge and access charge for the application.
An applicant for an access application for a document must pay the applicable processing charge for the application even if—
access to the document is refused under this Act; or
the applicant does not seek to access the document within the access period mentioned in section 69 after a decision is made to give access.
(sec.60-ssec.1) Before an applicant for an access application for a document is given access to the document, the applicant must pay the applicable processing charge and access charge for the application.
(sec.60-ssec.2) An applicant for an access application for a document must pay the applicable processing charge for the application even if— access to the document is refused under this Act; or the applicant does not seek to access the document within the access period mentioned in section 69 after a decision is made to give access.
- (a) access to the document is refused under this Act; or
- (b) the applicant does not seek to access the document within the access period mentioned in section 69 after a decision is made to give access.
