### sec.26 Access application may not be made to OIC etc.
An access application may not be made or transferred to the OIC, the information commissioner, the RTI commissioner or the privacy commissioner.
Subsection (1) does not apply to an access application made to the OIC by a person who is or was a staff member of the OIC in relation to the person’s personal information.

(sec.26-ssec.1) An access application may not be made or transferred to the OIC, the information commissioner, the RTI commissioner or the privacy commissioner.
