### sec.206O Existing delegations or subdelegations under former IP Act relating to amendment applications
This section applies to a delegation or subdelegation made by an agency’s principal officer that—
relates to amendment applications under the former IP Act, section 50; and
was still in effect immediately before the commencement.
The delegation or subdelegation continues to have effect for amendment applications under section 78H.

(sec.206O-ssec.1) This section applies to a delegation or subdelegation made by an agency’s principal officer that— relates to amendment applications under the former IP Act, section 50; and was still in effect immediately before the commencement.
(sec.206O-ssec.2) The delegation or subdelegation continues to have effect for amendment applications under section 78H.
