### sec.206L Disclosure logs New chapter 3, part 7, division 2 applies in relation to an access application, regardless of when the application was made. Also, a reference in this Act to publication of information or a document in a disclosure log under section 78A is taken to include a reference to publication of the information or document in a disclosure log under former section 78. In this section— publication , of information or a document in a disclosure log, includes inclusion of, or the giving of access to, information or a document in a disclosure log. s 206L ins 2023 No. 32 s 135 (sec.206L-ssec.1) New chapter 3, part 7, division 2 applies in relation to an access application, regardless of when the application was made.
