### sec.206 Decision under s 55(2) is a reviewable decision A decision made during the relevant period stating the matters mentioned in section 55(2) is, and always has been, a reviewable decision under this Act as if section 55, as in force immediately after the commencement of this part, had been in force on the day the decision was made. Despite section 82(c) or 88(1)(d), an application for internal review or external review in relation to the decision may be made within 20 business days after the commencement of this part.
