### sec.203 Delayed appeals and applications to QCAT
If a person may appeal to the appeal tribunal under section 119 before QCAT comes into existence, the person may appeal to the appeal tribunal within 20 business days after QCAT comes into existence.
If a person may, within a period, apply to QCAT under section 120 or 121 before QCAT comes into existence, the person may apply to QCAT within that period after QCAT comes into existence.
(sec.203-ssec.1) If a person may appeal to the appeal tribunal under section 119 before QCAT comes into existence, the person may appeal to the appeal tribunal within 20 business days after QCAT comes into existence.
(sec.203-ssec.2) If a person may, within a period, apply to QCAT under section 120 or 121 before QCAT comes into existence, the person may apply to QCAT within that period after QCAT comes into existence.
