### sec.191A Corporations legislation displacement
A regulation may declare a provision of this Act that applies in relation to a prescribed corporation to be a Corporations legislation displacement provision for the purposes of the Corporations Act , section 5G .
A regulation under subsection (1) may be declared to apply in relation to—
the whole of the Corporations legislation or a particular provision of the Corporations legislation; or
all prescribed corporations or a particular prescribed corporation.
In this section—
prescribed corporation means a corporation, within the meaning of the Corporations Act , that is declared under section 16A to be a public authority for this Act.

(sec.191A-ssec.1) A regulation may declare a provision of this Act that applies in relation to a prescribed corporation to be a Corporations legislation displacement provision for the purposes of the Corporations Act , section 5G .
(sec.191A-ssec.2) A regulation under subsection (1) may be declared to apply in relation to— the whole of the Corporations legislation or a particular provision of the Corporations legislation; or all prescribed corporations or a particular prescribed corporation.
(sec.191A-ssec.3) In this section— prescribed corporation means a corporation, within the meaning of the Corporations Act , that is declared under section 16A to be a public authority for this Act.
- (a) the whole of the Corporations legislation or a particular provision of the Corporations legislation; or
- (b) all prescribed corporations or a particular prescribed corporation.
